After discovering this amazing character by brothersdude from looking through a group and coming across him, he immediately reminded me of my own Mad scientist character, Dr. Drago Volegoth. Maybe it's because they both go under a cartoonish style, but heck I just wanted to draw them both Gives me a good reason to finally draw human Drago for this site.
